Laminated sandwich construction, with Nomex honeycomb sandwiched between Kevlar exterior and Carbon/Kevlar interior, with additional carbon fiber reinforcement on gunwales. Heat cured in mold.
COMPETITOR:
Laminated single skin construction, with fiberglass exterior and carbon fiber interior, with additional carbon fiber reinforcement on gunwales and keel. Heat cured in mold.
CLUB RACER:
Laminated single skin contruction with fiberglass exterior and Kevlar interior with additional Carbon fiber reinforcement on gunwales and keel. Heat cured in mold.
The hulls are hand finished with epoxy paint.
